SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

YESS BRAND will ship anywhere within the United Kingdom and many other countries from our facility.

NOTE: if you order between Monday - Friday:

  • Before (noon) we will ship the same day.

  • After (12 pm) we will send it out the following day.

  • We will send it to you the following Monday if you order on a Friday after (12 pm).

  • If you would like Next Day Saturday when you order on a Friday before (noon), we'll try to get it to you.

  • We will always send your item(s) in the order we receive.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase and a tracking number. 

 

Shipping times, delays, damage or unforeseen situations

We use LiveShipping, which will vary depending on key distinctions such as Location and distance.

Our shipping times do not include national holidays and weekends. YESS BRAND is not liable for couriers who are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments or for unforeseen situations.

 

Incorrect Information by you

If we are sent back a consignment from the courier due to an incorrect address or if nobody was home to take delivery of the shipment, then you will be responsible for any shipping costs.  We are not responsible for consignments that might be delivered incorrectly and or if the courier loses your item(s) because of incorrect/incomplete delivery information. 

NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU ADD ANY INCORRECT DETAILS; please double-check before processing an order.

 

Delivered Packages

Once your consignment is updated as being delivered, YESS BRAND are no longer responsible. There will be no refunds, 

 

Taxes & Import Fees

Some countries may hold your consignment and charge additional taxes or duties. Customs determines the fees, and the customer is wholly responsible for them. Your consignment will be returned to YESS BRAND if it is not claimed. In the event of this occurrence, YESS BRAND will not refund the shipping fees. We do not have the contact details of the offices mentioned. If you need further information of the charges, please get in touch with the courier company concerned.

Returns Policy

For online purchases, YESS BRAND will only accept the original branded products in their original condition for a chance to get a refund. You will need the original invoice so we can verify the purchase you made.

NOTE: Full-price merchandise must be returned within 14 days from delivery.

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged if the consignment aligns with the Company's returns policies.

We will not accept items that have been worn, used, or damaged. Returns on these items will only be honoured if the product and packaging remain intact.  NOTE: Gift cards are never refundable.

If any merchandise is returned to YESS BRAND, we promise to deal with it within 7-10 business days of receipt. Once your account has been credited, a confirmation email will be sent.  Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.

If any items, such as merch/accessories, are returned to YESS BRAND, we will process them within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please note you are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item to YESS BRAND.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using the same method of transport or purchasing your shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
